The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.

I think the Trevor Project is a wonderful resource for our youth who may need some extra guidance and support. For those children who may be gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or questioning, speaking to someone who understands may make a world of difference. I hope that one day, organizations like the Trevor Project will still be in around, but will not need to be used by as many children, as they are accepted within the community and their families on a greater scale.
