  4. This was a good video. I have many of the same fears as he did, one of the biggest being am I engaging my students or are they totally bored. Also, some of the statistics surprised me. I am not an official teacher yet, but I already know that I would do it all over again.

  5. What a great teaching video. It reinforces why I want to be a teacher. I loved his use of the phrase "student-centered teacher". From this video and from being in this program, I have learned that even though there are obstacles and challenges to be faced, the results in the end will be rewarding.

  6. Great video! I love the stats that were provided. Along with some of the other comments I too was also releived that many people have the same worries as I do. The highlight of this video was the last few stats. They really made me feel good about the career decision that I have made.

  7. Much like the other comments I also enjoyed the video and found the statistics slightly disturbing. I was not aware that there are so many teachers who quit in the first 5 years. Although I will be teaching elementary students I also share some of the same fears and anxieties regarding engaging students. In a lot of ways I think that teaching younger students makes it easier to get them excited about education or at least distract them into enjoying by including a game. However, I know I will face the same difficulties when it comes to truly educating and connecting with students.
